My research attempts to find out in which ways and to what extent rules, principles and concepts of "Jus Commune" influenced the development of one of the most peculiar branches of Scottish law - law of succession to movables.
General observations on my research question so far can be found here: https://v3.pebblepad.co.uk/v3portfolio/ed/Asset/View/w4WgzHHpz9RmpdZ5ggqcpts96c
I'm also interested in contract law of all legal systems, constitutional law regarding "checks and balances", as well as criminal procedure.
