Accessible Learning
The Law School aims to help students maximise their academic potential and get the most benefit from their programme of study and university experience. In line with our strategic goals of excellence in learning and teaching, we seek to enhance the student experience by creating a learning and teaching environment, and culture, that is dynamic,
accessible and inclusive.
As part of the School's commitment to widening participation in legal education we have appointed a dedicated Widening Participation Officer, Ms Lindsay Kelly . She blogs frequently about the many initiatives and successes of the School in relation to widening participation.
The School also takes it commitment to disabled students seriously. Our very experienced disability officer is Professor Burkhard Schafer, who ensures that the School's disability policy is implemented by all staff.
