Tuition fees and funding

Tuition fees for the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice for the 2024-25 academic year are:

  • Full-time Home students: £10,735
  • Full-time International/EU students: £26,335
  • Part-time Home Students: £5,370 (Part-time fees are subject to an annual increase in year 2)

Tuition fees are inclusive of all course materials and books.

Funding

If you meet eligibility criteria and have secured a place on the Diploma to start in 2024 you may be able to apply through the Students Awards Agency for Scotland (SAAS) for a tuition fee loan towards the cost of your tuition fees.

The SAAS is currently updating their information for 2024 entry. Please visit the SAAS website for up-to-date information on the loans, and how to apply.

In addition, you may be eligible to apply to the Government for a Professional Career Development Loan.
