Andres Guadamuz Represents Creative Commons at World Intellectual Property Organisation

Creative Commons, the international non-governmental organisation, was recently represented at the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) by Mr Andres Guadamuz, lecturer in e-commerce at Edinburgh Law School.

Creative Commons, the international non-governmental organisation, was recently represented at the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) by Mr Andres Guadamuz, lecturer in e-commerce at Edinburgh Law School.

WIPO, established in 1967, is a specialised agency of the United Nations.  It is dedicated to the building of a balanced and internationally accessible intellectual property system that rewards creativity, stimulates innovation and contributes to economic development while safeguarding the public interest. 

Creative Commons is a non-profit corporation dedicated to making it easier for people to share and build upon the work of others, consistent with the rules of copyright.
