The delegates visited Professor Maher on 25 September 2018

Edinburgh Law School's Gerry Maher, Professor of Criminal Law, met with a group of Taiwanese judges on 26 September 2018. He welcomed the judges as part of their visit to Scotland to learn about the Scottish criminal justice system.

One of the group was Hsiao-Han (Maggie) Chiu, who graduated from Edinburgh Law School in 2005. Professor Maher and the judges discussed sentencing and trial by jury, and is pictured here with two of the judges.
