Law School staff and students receive accolades for Festival of Creative Learning

The University's Festival of Creative Learning took place 20-24 February 2017

Edinburgh Law School recently took part in the University's Festival of Creative Learning (February 20-24). It was a great success, with more than 130 events organised. The Law School were involved in seven of these events.

On March 15, an awards ceremony took place to recognise the innovative input of the event organisers. Our very own Dr Arianna Andreangeli was nominated in the category "Festival Team Choice" for the event Equality and Diversity in the Workplace: A Reflection on Reality led by Ben Lyon. The event Football and the Law, led by the Law School's Dr Leandro Mancano and Filippo Fontanelli, was nominated in the "Most Collaborative category. Gemma Flynn, Teaching Fellow in Criminology, won the award for "Most Experimental" event, for her "Dash Kapital: Neoliberalism, Gender and Victimhood in Keeping Up With the Kardashians".

Congratulations to all of our Law School participants!
