First AHRC workshop on Corruption in Commercial Enterprise held at Law School

On Friday 4th December Dr Liz Campbell, senior lecturer in Criminal Law and Evidence, hosted the first workshop in the AHRC-funded Corruption in Commercial Enterprise research network (CCERN)

The network explores the intersections of corruption and organised crime activities within the context of criminal and non-criminal enterprise in domestic and international commerce.  Participants included the National Crime Agency, Police Scotland, the Scottish Business Resilience Centre, NHS National Services Scotland, the Scottish Government, Crown Office and Prosecutor Fiscal Service, as well as criminologists, political scientists, and academic and practising lawyers.
