Dr McCall-Smith to speak on British influence on the Law of Treaties

Dr Kasey McCall-Smith, Lecturer in Public International Law, is to speak about the British influence on the Law of Treaties at a special anniversary event hosted by the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL).

The event, which takes place at Charles Clore House in London on 1st December brings together experts from a variety of fields to discuss British Influences on International Law.

2015 marks the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the Grotius Society, one of two societies which joined in 1958 to form the British Institute for International and Comparative Law. 

This event is being held as part of a wider BIICL and Brill/Martinus Nijhoff two-year anniversary project to examine British influences in International Law.
