AHRC funding success for Dr Liz Campbell

The University of Edinburgh's Dr Liz Campbell and Dr Nicholas Lord from the University of Manchester have been awarded an AHRC research networking grant. 

This grant will support the development of a network exploring the intersections of corruption and organised crime activities within the context of criminal and non-criminal enterprise in domestic and international commerce in OECD countries.

The Network brings together academics, policymakers and practitioners and will look at three key research streams. These research topics will be explored at focused workshops, with details listed below.

Corruption in legitimate business that is induced by organised crime groups (i.e. criminal enterprise)

The intersections and interdependencies of corruption in non-criminal and criminal enterprise
