Title of the presentation: China's Trade Remedy Law and Practice
Abstract: Antidumping and related trade remedies are the most popular policy instruments that many of the largest importing countries in the WTO system use to protect domestic industry. After China entering into WTO in 2002, in order to implement effective trade remedy measures, China has built up systematic trade remedy legal system and taken fruitful practices according to WTO rules. At the same time, China trade remedy is facing increasingly pressure and challenge from internal and external sides. This presentation will introduce China Trade Remedy law and practice, the Challenge it’s facing and its future development.
