Edinburgh Student Law Review

Introduction

The Edinburgh Student Law Review is the first of its kind in Scotland. Managed and written entirely by students, it aims to provide a forum for law students of The University of Edinburgh to engage in a more analytical approach to the study of law.

The primary focus of the review is Scots law although we also accept submissions with an international or comparative aspect.

We encourage students of all levels and backgrounds to submit articles, case notes and updates. In the words of Professor Reid, the best way to learn about the law is to write about it. Please see the Submissions section for more information.

All issues of the Edinburgh Student Law Review are available in the Journal section of this website.
