Edinburgh Student Law Review
Introduction

The Edinburgh Student Law Review was the first of its kind in Scotland. Managed and written entirely by students, it aims to provide a forum for law students of The University of Edinburgh to engage with current legal issues and debates.

The primary strength of the review is Scots law although we also accept submissions with an international or comparative aspect.

We encourage students of all levels and backgrounds to submit articles, case notes and updates. Please see the Submissions section for more information.

All issues of the Edinburgh Student Law Review are available in the Past Issues section of this website.

If you have any further enquiries please contact the Editors in Chief at edinburghslr@googlemail.com.

We are very grateful to our Sponsors for making the publication of the Review possible. If you are interested in sponsoring future issues, please do get in touch.

We are also grateful to our Honorary President, Lord Hope of Craighead, our Honorary Secretary, Dr Andrew Steven and the School of Law for their support for the Review.
