Mr Andrés Guadamuz
Co-Director

SCRIPT is a leader in the provision of Postgraduate (Masters) degrees in the area of
Law & new technologies within the domains of intellectual property,
information technology & medical law.

These research led degrees, which are taught both on-campus and by distance
learning, reflect the interests of the co-directors of the Centre and as
such incorporate the most up to date thinking in the fields. The broad and
in-depth portfolio of courses and modules that we offer enable students to
tailor their study to suit their individual needs. The taught part of the
programme is complemented by the dissertation which gives the student the
chance to focus on an area of particular interest ensuring that knowledge
gained at the end of the degree is both broad and deep.

Both on and off-line, we go beyond the classroom and discussion for a to
give our students opportunities that will stand them in excellent stead for
their future professional life. Whether it be assisting with research
projects; getting involved in the editorial board of SCRIPTed; or learning
how to do Scottish country dancing at our annual Ceilidh, our students will
graduate having experienced a rich academic community life within the Centre
and the School of Law.
