The Edinburgh Law School is pleased to announce our new distance learning eCPD programme in Employment Law.
Managing Dismissals, Redundancies and Restructuring of the Workforce
Future courses in the Employment Law programme will include :
The Institutional Framework of Employment Law in the UK and an Introduction to the Common Law of the Contract of Employment
Statutory Employment Rights
Equality and Diversity in the Workplace
The Content of the Contract of Employment
Each course will run for 10 weeks. The course will be delivered entirely online via our virtual learning environment eSCRIPT, with students interacting with fellow students and tutors in online discussion.

Booking Information
Each 10 week programme will cost £850. The course fee includes access to
tutors via the online learning environment and all learning material. All
students will also receive a copy of Selwyn's Law of
Employment by Norman M Selwyn (15th Edition, 2008)
Each student will also receive a Certificate of Attendance - we are also currently reviewing other accreditation options for this programme.
