Mr John Anzani - Secretary to committee
The Steering Committee is responsible for the overall oversight of governance of the Centre and meets no less than twice per annum. The Director, in reporting to the Steering Committee, provides updates on progress within the Centre towards:
• research programmes and outputs,
• events,
• knowledge transfer,
• postgraduate activities,
• income & expenditure,
• staffing.
The Director submits annual progress reports and ultimately an end-of-award report to the Steering Committee in draft form for comment and approval, as required by the AHRC. The Committee ensures that the Centre meets performance targets set out in the Strategic and Operational Plan, which was approved after the first Committee meeting. |
