Presentations
We ask all speakers at EAHL 2009 to ensure that their presentations are no longer than 20 minutes long. Each session has been scheduled allowing 10 minutes for questions and discussion in addition.
Guidelines for submitting your presentation
If you have a Powerpoint presentation to accompany your talk, please submit it to Simone Hull (simone.hull@ed.ac.uk) by Thursday 1st October. This will enable us to check that your presentation is compatible with the computing systems used for the conference and upload them to the computer ahead of the sessions. To make this process run smoothly please save your file as: EAHL09<your name><your session number>. The file should be saved on Powerpoint 2003 or 2007 and if you used the Mac version to produce your presentation, please check that the graphics are compatible with the PC version of Powerpoint, as this will be used on the day. Please bring a back-up of your presentation on a USB stick (or other data device).
Guideline for submitting your poster
We have prepared a document with instructions and guidance for submitting posters.
